Thank you for choosing SeedSilk! We are committed to delivering your seeds and gardening supplies in the best condition and as quickly as possible.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We ship to almost all pincodes across India.
  • We partner with reputed courier services (like BlueDart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and India Post) to ensure safe and timely delivery.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery usually takes 4 to 7 business days depending on your location.
  • Shipping Charges: * Fixed shipping charges of ₹80 apply to orders below ₹199.
    • We offer ₹20 discount when you pay online.
    • We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders above ₹199.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather, strikes, or festive rushes.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email/SMS containing a tracking ID and a link to track your package in real-time.
  • Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We take utmost care in packaging our seeds in moisture-proof and sturdy packets.
  • If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately at support@seedsilk.com/+917001413481.
  • If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please notify us within 24-48 hours.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Please double-check your address and phone number before confirming the order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most locations.
  • An additional COD handling fee of ₹80 may apply to these orders.
